Aeternum's The 8th percentile is now recruiting for a12s farm and 4.0+

Hello, Aeternum's "The 8th Percentile" is looking for exceptional players to speedrun the current raid tier and progression raid with in 4.0+.
We claimed server 3rd a12s kill and we've had a12s on farm for 9+ weeks. Our current residence is Phoenix(EU)

We are currently looking for almost EVERY role (exceptions being SMN and SCH).
Our goal is to build a solid group that would also be ready and interested in raiding and progressing in 4.0+

What we expect from you:

- Experience
a12s kill is not a 100% necessity, but we prefer that you would atleast have a12s experience.

- Availability
Once the new content will be released, we'll want to progress as fast as possible which will require a lot of time.
We are currently raiding 2-3 times per week, usually somewhere between 6pm and 1am (GMT).

- Communication
We are currently using Teamspeak/Discord and we require that you are able to understand and communicate in english.

- Interest in the game
We expect that you are interested in the game outside the raids (not raidlogging) and that you can play your main class at the highest level and
that you are always thirsty to optimize your gameplay more and more.

- Personality
We want an independent thinker who is able to take and give constructive criticism without being hostile or getting upset.
Our main goal being to build a group with top tier synergy and where everyone can have fun in,friendly banters are more than welcome
but flaming or attacking towards another group member is something WE DO NOT TOLERATE AT ALL.
