Old dog, new tricks! Its a leveling thing!

Hello all, My name is Moned. Most just call me Mo. I like to level things... It is a bad habit I have... So here is a guide and some of my ideas for leveling for 4.0 for your 1st 60 to 70. Okay lets dive in shall we?
Bonus EXP
I. Food is a +3%! Plus some stats bonus.
II. Rested Experience 50%!
III. FC buffs I II III. I = 5% II = 10% III = 15%
So that's a 68% high 63% mid 58% low.

Items
Food. It is a most! 100% up. You can go cheap... Or you can get the best stuff you can. I would say about a stack of 60+ would be just fine.
Gysahl greens. Yes use your chocobo and feed it too! Best if you have rank 20. Use them anyway!
Chocobo feed!!! I will say it twice. No for real feed them it adds a buff. Also you should match it to whatever you set your chocobo's skill tree too.
Squadron Battle Manual. So you know Fc buff? They don't have rank III buffs stocked up? No Fc? Well fear not 2 hours of plus 15% EXP Bonus!!! Get about 30+ of them!
Squadron Rationing Manual. Duration Increase: +15m To the 30m food buff making it 45m last for 120m. So that's 3 food in 2h. But Mo that's the same as rank II... No its not 2.6 food for 120m the buff might drop but that food timer will be past 45m mark. So re-use manual when food falls off and re-do.
Max-Potions. 1920 heal or 24% of HP. A stack of 99. I say get the HQ 2400 heal or 30%of HP.
Materia. Okay so hear me out this... My hopes are high! If they add a melding NPC in the new starting hub. Because in 3.0 You go back to Ishgard for main story a lot. Yes you have to pay the NPC however don't have to have crafting jobs leveled. So I say 4's are okay. 5's much better.
Glamour Prisms. If you want to look like a trash bin got pushed over... Up to you.
Dark Matter. If you have all crafting jobs leveled then yes get some, save time and a little Gil.

Things in game
Challenge Log. Okay so they might add things they might teak things. However as it stands now Dungeons, Fates, Levequests, and Commendations. For 59-60 its 533900 EXP.
Dungeons! You do them! Pro tip you have to do 3 via duty finder... That means low levels or (n) primal. Sounds bad and hey why the hell would you want to do that.You want to do new stuff. Okay well you might get lucky and get a 4.0 one that is lower then your level atm. So I say use at level 33 or above. Don't do all at same level, even if somehow you hit a road block and need the next level to move on main story.
Fates... Don't go fate train mode. Just 2-3 in each area should be good.
Levequests. Just hear me out now. Some people think its great to stack up before SB and cash in on a wad of EXP! Sure great you made it easy for 60-61 clap for you, and you all most have the 20 needed for the challenge log. However I talked to a lot of people and they all said they never did a HW Leves if they didn't need to for that level block main story quest. If it is the same as HW just pick up the 3 for each area and do them.You hand them in when you go back to new hub town. So for me I will be saving the 5 most highest EXP given ones to turn in however going to save them till 69-70 when the real push starts!
Commendations!?! Just do it!
Sight seeing logs. If you can do them in BS do them /lookout on all you find gives a nice bit of EXP don't go looking for them all over and waste time.
Hunts. Do them not hard pick up list of stuff to kill, then go kill things.
Aether currents. I re-played HW on an alt just to see how easy it was to find them again... Its really easy to spot and never really have to go out of the way of your questing areas. You want to fly don't you!
Chain kills. I not need say more I hope. Kill all the things! As fast as you can.

IRL
Okay I'm not you mom or your dad. So do as you wish! This is what I do for the big day. Week before and eve of SB. Clean up the area that you will be siting and walking around in. Nothing on floor, desk, table cleaned off new batteries in things. back up in case stuff goes down. Clean your computer or whatever you use. Make sure things up to date and all that good stuff. 8+ hours of sleep and awake 1h before game goes live don't wake up 15m before and think that's a good idea. Play in a will lit area. The sun is your friend! Eat 30m before game goes live don't over eat. Try to eat real food not sugar and sweets. I have and I will eat a 10 pound steak, 1 pound eggs, 1 pound hash browns, 1/4 cup cheese, One glass of OJ. I'm a big guy haha. Make mini meals that you can easy heat up for next few days if you are like me. Water! Water! Water! Coffee or energy drinks are okay but limit yourself to a few or little. Nuts, jerky, fruit, and finger foods. Get up and move like when its a CS or you have to wait on some one or some thing. Move around don't just sit for hours on end not good for you. Go to the bathroom if you have to, don't hold it. Or you could scream mom bucket!!!
