We of course looked into having the rare drop weapon going into loot pool (to those that has the key item) but when players are talking after which weapon should go to who, although I don't want to think about it, there may be a possibility someone taking it silently. (We will implement /random in 1.20 too)

In 2.0 for item distribution we are implementing a NEED/GREED/PASS system but with current system that is not possible; sorry for the trouble.
そこでスレ主さんの案と同じになりますが、報酬武器のドロップ確率や個別宝箱は維持し、
権利を持つプレイヤーには報酬武器のドロップ抽選の他に、
一定確率で「報酬武器との交換用アイテム」がドロップするようになります。
これは戦利品ボックスに入れますので、受け渡しも可能です。
(しっかり/randomを使って頂くことや、譲り合いに期待します)
この交換用アイテムを一定数集めることで、特定NPCが望む報酬武器と交換してくれるようになります。
Just like OP's idea we will keep the drop rate and still keep the individual treasure chest but aside from weapon dropping as a chest reward there will be chance where you may be able to obtain an item which you can trade to get the reward; This item will go into loot box so it's possible to give/receive.
(Hoping people use the /random and compromise)
By collecting amount of this trading item you will be able to trade for the weapon you wanted through NPC

And depending on release timing the drop rate and amount of item required will vary so please be careful.
In your latest post regarding the Ifrit Loot System, you've mentioned that the reason you are *not* allowing us to pass an Ifrit Weapon to others is because someone might "silently" take it (ninja looting).
This was never a rampant issue for Dzemael Darkhold, nor for any of the 5 Main Open World NMs (Uraeaus, Dodore, etc.).
Having an NM / Raid Reward drop into our Loot Pool has WORKED JUST FINE before 1.19 while we wait for you to implement a Master Loot / New System.
It's clear you need a Time Sink to keep us busy until we get more content, so we got this horrible Ifrit Loot System that forces Unique / Untradeable Items directly into our Inventories.
We all agree that it's bad and while I'm grateful you're adding in a system to "kill a Primal enough times you will eventually get the Weapon you want by trading it in," it's a bit disingenuous to say the reason you're *not* allowing new Weapons / Rewards to drop into our Loot Pool to pass to others is because you're afraid of Ninja Looting?!
Seriously?!
I hope you can reconsider your stance as this is a ridiculous excuse to continue this horrible Loot System for all future Primal Battles until 2.0 releases (2013).
