Character is not on Lodestone or Mog Station

So I made a character on Balmung months ago, big old Au Ra dude.

Decided to make him into a Female Highlander instead. Used my Veteran's Fantasia. Nice. Still stuck with his name though.

Go to the Mog station to change it and.... She isn't there.

Log in and out. Not there.

Try the Lodestone too. She is not there.

Uh...? I want to change her name but I literally cannot.

I have tried logging in and out of Mog, Lodestone, and FFXIV on that character multiple times now.

Come on...
