I am planning to avail the renaming service. I have a name on my mind and I searched it on Lodestone if there's someone by that name to avoid conflict. And I am relieved that it was not yet taken.
So before i pay, I tried creating a new character with that name but sadly it says that i cannot create a character with that name.
So please tell me why? Please clarify so that i will not waste my money.
