I'd heard that after level 45 or so the new recruits start showing up with jobs instead of classes, but I haven't seen it yet. Can anyone give me some more information on this? So far Google has failed spectacularly.

They only have classes for now.
Give it time :D I mean retainers where jobs only for a while till they got a update so Squads might do as well.
Oh okay! I have no problem with them staying classes, I was just confused. Thanks guys! :)
