Cant teleport to my house

Hi couldent answer my own thread so making a new one, bought a private house but i cant teleport to it and dosent even show on the teleport list, its still there i still own it,

i must teleport to new gridania and take to ferry to it everytime and its start to get abit annoying have to do that all the time, what can i do to fix this?

Does it have a Mini Aetheryte outside?

You have to place a mini aetheryte down as an outdoor furnishing.
