We got Type 0 hairstyles, and FFXV is getting an XIV event, so one way or another I would say this is likely.

Honestly...I'd use Aranea's outfit If we got also got character outfits along with hairs..granted it's probably asking for too much but I'd use it lol. (slight off topic)

I honestly don't think they will be (initially?), I can't honestly picture any of the hairstyles on the opposite gender, and the OP has a nice list of equal hairstyles from each.

Won't hurt to have them :)

I find most of the hairstyles from FFXV to be absolutely ugly so I will pass.
