Error 90006 getting randomly Disconnected from the game (internet is fine)

All started happen yesterday 3rd dec 2016. always getting 90006 error.
I play on PS4 but i never lose the connection from my router.
I tried restarting my router multiable times.

However it works better when i share my internet from my smartphone however that causes higher ping and doing higher end content is unplayable due to the input lag.

I have not tried re-install the game

Frequency of problem (e.g. every 2 minutes): 5 minutes, sometimes 30 minutes, up t o an hour
Game content in which the issues occur (e.g. dungeons, trials, certain areas): Doesnt matter, i can be crafting, standing around talking in LS and FC or be in a dungeon.
