Does anyone have any clue on when the demolition is supposed to happen? I've been waiting for half a year for some kind of plot to open up so I can buy it for my FC. It's super annoying seeing FCs that own 6+ plots and they do not log in. I've checked members of one of them and they haven't logged in for almost a year now. Also some individual players also own 2-4 plots and do not play anymore as well.
Demolition is an ongoing thing
there is no revealing 'this house will be up for grabs' on this day since demo can be halted by an FC member interacting with something inside.
Ahh okay, I kind of figured it would be like that. I just wanted to ask just in case something changed because I haven't seen anything new about it. Thanks for the reply ^^
After they removed the temporary freeze on demolition due to the earthquakes in Japan, the normal demolition timer was restarted. Check patch notes but yes its active.
I was told it demolishes every hour. I've seen a large and medium open up the past couple of weeks. Bothin the Goblet.
