Certain facial features not appearing Roegadyn Hellsguard females

Excuse the minor bug, hope this helps.

Steps:
1. Create New Character.
2. Select Roegadyn (Female).
3. Select Hellsguard.
4. Under Appearance → Features, select the 5th option at the bottom (beauty mole/mark).
5. Notice is does not appear on the character.
6. Finish creating character and load into the game.
7. Facial feature still not present on the character.

Extra: Currently, beauty mole/marks will only appear on Seawolf Roegadyns. Tested on multiple computers and client versions (Japanese & English). Bug is present across all platforms.
