Squadron Training

Hello everyone

I'm struggling a bit with the Squadron training that gives them bonus stat.
Right now, my training stats are 120/80/80.
But to do the next level mission it has to be 120/60/100.
Is there a way to get these stats?

Sounds like your squadron members simply need higher levels.
Training, training, training, grinding, grinding, grinding.
There should be a training option that doesn't change the base stats and just gives your members exp.
I think it is called Comprehensive Training? Spam that in between missions.

Keep in mind that each class has different stats. It'll benefit you to try to recruit different classes to meet stat requirements as well. You can recruit NPCs through specific challenge logs- Dungeons, Guildhests, PvP, Fates, Levequests, Disciples of the Hand, Disciples of the Land, Treasure Hunt, Grand Company and Gold Saucer.

They're already at the same lvl as the mission that I want to do.
But the stats are completely different as the required stat.
Also I did the training for bonus stat. And I need 120/60/100 to do that mission.
The thing is, my actual training stat are 120/80/80. How do I get 120/60/100?

You can do the following 5 Trainings:

1. +20/-40/+20 = 140/40/100
2. +20/-40/+20 = 160/0/120
3. -40/0/+40 = 120/0/160
4. -20/+40/-20 = 100/40/140
5. +20/+20/-40 = 120/60/100
