unable to renew retainers

hi as the title says i am unable to renew my extra retainer service every time i try i get the prompt to update my card details but when i do i get error 601.Now I've been looking around for a solution for this problem and apparently the billing service gets a little dicky if you try to add another account under the same card which in this case would be my brothers account so i don't know if this will be read or not by the account management team but if it does could you please help me i have a lot of stuff on those retainers

I have this problem as well at the moment, the 601 error, contacting support really gets you nowhere as they'll just ask you to contact your financial institution (which I had done) and then told to wait 24 hours before trying again, I don't understand why the error even happens when I have used the same credit card for previous transactions.

I am trying to purchase retainers myself and I am limited to only using a credit card due to my location and crysta not being available, their payment system is very poor with limited ways in which to make purchases, I'd love to see Paypal as an option, for a large MMO, I'm surprised at how limited the payment options are.

It's been 3 days now and I've tried at least 6 times to make a payment process and always greeted with a 601, yet they charge my credit card $1 per attempt and they call this a temporary transaction even though I still get the 601 error, it's ridiculous and makes no sense.

"A small transaction of 1?/£1 is made whenever you attempt to register a payment method to check its validity. These transactions are not actually taken and are only temporarily reserved. The reserve is lifted after a short period."

the funny thing is that i can log in to the game i paid my sub and it accepetd it so i don't know why i can't have the option to renew my retainers with my re-sub
