I have already completed "The Final Steps of Faith" and "The Singularity Reactor" duties.

I have already completed all of Heavensward main story quests.

I went to Mor Dhona to talk to Alys and the Wandering Minstrel to unlock "The Minstrel's Ballad: Nidhogg's Rage" and "The Minstrel's Ballad: Thordan's Reign".

None of them have a quest icon on their heads.

I talked to both NPCs anyway; They do not have any quests available.

I checked my Duty Finder lists in all tabs to see if I had already unlocked these duties.

Both duties are not in my Duty Finder.

I checked my Journal in case I had already accepted both quests; They are not there either.

I tried again in the next days and they still have no quests for me.

Did you check in the raid finder trial tab? Both of those primals can only be done through raid finder right now.

Ahh... So there they are. I had checked the Raid Finder before too, but I didn't notice there were tabs in there, so I thought I had only Alexander.
