Duty status window is not functioning correctly (sluggish)

Party or solo: Queuing for DF solo

Area and coordinates: Duty Finder
Steps:
1. My friend was queued for Syrcus Tower and asked me to join the queue to help fill it up
2. He tells me he is queued as English (only), so I queue for Syrcus tower in English (solo) as a tank (his queue reads as 2/3 5/6 9/15)
3. I wait for more than 5 minutes and the Duty Status window says that I am alone in the queue (1/3 0/6 0/15), and so I drop out of the queue
4. My friend states that the moment I dropped from the queue, his queue also lost a tank
5. I re-queue, and he says that he regained a tank, but my DF status refuses to show anything other than 1/3 0/6 0/15.
6. Just to re-test, I re-perform steps 3 and 5... with the same result.
7. after a further 10 minutes of waiting and nothing coming up on my duty status, I apologise to my friend and explain that unless the DF status shows me in a queue, I have no real way of knowing if I will be in the same run as him or not, and leave the queue.

This has happened several times where the DF status window either takes a very long time to finally display that I am in a queue (more than 5 minutes)... or in this case just doesn't display anything at all other than 1/3 0/6 0/15
