I have been having this problem for quite a while. Randomly, the software token app would just reset itself. At first I thought it was just the app being updated. It doesn't seem that way by the amount I removed my software token.
It has been getting more frequent lately.
Times I Reset my Security Token
Anything I can do to fix this? Should I give up and just stop using it?
