Let the blue target marker for BRD/MCH Limit Break also display for its caster!

When a player uses a BRD or MCH Limit Break, nearby players will see the hit-box for the skill as a blue rectangle. The problem is, if I'm the one using the LB, it's a bit difficult to gauge the distance/range/width of the hitbox, I just know it's sort of hitting things in front of me. Allowing the blue hitbox to display for the Ranged LB caster allows us to line up a better shot. Seems silly that this isn't the case to begin with...

I wouldn't mind this or an AoE circle that shows the Healers's LB either. :-D
