Quick PotD question

I tried Google for this seemingly simple question, but came up empty!

If I do PotD as a rogue/ninja for example, can I get the 235 weapon for an alternate class like my dragoon or my white mage?

The answer is just as quick, yes. It depends on what class you request to keep the aetherpool weapon as.
