Mac Client makes Certain Parts of the Screen Unclickable

Steps:
If the resolution on the Mac Client of FFXIV is set to 1680x1050, there is a region in the upper left hand corner that turns the cursor into the text cursor and renders the area unclickable/uninteractable. This makes it impossible to click the party list unless moved, and it is impossible to change hairstyle at the aesthetician since the area to select the hair modification tab is unclickable.

The region is constantly there unless the resolution is changed. It is quite annoying since it is the best resolution for me, but it makes the upper left hand part of the UI/Game unusable :/
