Making a post character count

Considering you have a rather small character limit (which is great) how about adding a 'remaining character' count on new posts we are writing. I've seen it before on countless sites, you wont need to invent new code lol. It's kind of the standard now.

It's kind of irrelevant given that you can just go back and edit the post to bypass the limit.

If your post is under the limit? Great, no extra work required. Post.
If your post is over the limit? Oh well, select and cut some extra, post it, click edit, paste in what you cut out before. Re-Post.
