Bug: Map Glitching Since Last Hotfix (11/15/2016)

Time: All the time since the hotfix 11/15/16
Frequency: Always
World name: Gilgamesh
Area and coordinates: Map window only, never the mini-map

Steps:
1. Open map window
2. Start walking or flying (any movement)
3. "Shadows" around masses of land glitch out rather bad in a flickering state. This applies to every area, all maps. Any movement of the character causes it. When standing still, the map returns to its normal state.

Model Name: N/A -- Custom desktop build that's been running the game for 3 years, all graphics in the game perform flawlessly, GeForce GTX 770 and intel i7-4770k @ 3.50 GHz, no hardware/performance changes in any area -- smooth 60-70fps, very isolated. No graphic issues in world exploration, raid bosses, or crafting. Only map window is affected. First time ever in this game that my epilepsy has been affected, I can't look at the map any longer.
