i254 BRD Seeking static, weird availability.

I'm a Bard going under the name of Tim Hortons at item level 254 with best possible stats weight for the gears I have and been playing this job since 2.0 and was always an active raider up until a few months ago due to real life.

tl;dr
I'm looking for either a day time static (available every day from 1pm to 6pm EST) or I can also raid evenings on Monday and Wednesday only (working the other evenings). I've got no experience ont he current savage raid tier but I've cleared all of coil and Alex Savage prior to unlock before going on a hiatus from the game. I try to avoid server transfers as much as possible as if things don't work out I'm 36$ down the drain and time wasted.
