Looking to form a group for content/static around Japanese timezone (daytime GMT)

I'm looking to start a content group (potentially a static if enough people come together) for people who, for whatever reason, find themselves logging on during Japanese primetime hours on Moogle.

Weekdays from: 7pm (JST) / 10am (GMT)

Weekends: anytime roughly between 10am - 12am (JST) / 1am - 3pm (GMT)
