You need to clear at least 50-100 in a fixed party without any deaths to go to 101 and beyond.

To be more precise, you have to make it past 100 without ever getting a failed/abandoned duty for any reason. Deaths are allowed, just a full wipe (without a reraise pomander active) is not.

can you enter 101+ if you wiped during the 1-50 part solo and continued that save through 51-100 with no wipes?

No. The save file has to have 0 party K.O's
