Pal-less Palace not rewarded after clearing floor 50 (resubmitted)

A GM recommended us to resubmit this bug report to ask for clarification why it was moved to "Not a bug report" despite it being a valid bug report, as the proper template was added. See ticket #6546369

Steps:
1. Enter Palace of the Dead as a solo fixed party
2. Clear from floor 1 to floor 50
3. Upon clearing floor 50 the achievement is not received, despite the achievement stating that the only requirement is to clear floor 1 to 50 in a solo fixed party.

This achievement is instead received when you die after clearing the required floor, which is not what the achievement states.

This also creates an issue with Pal-less Palace II wherein you're unable to receive the achievement if you have any party KOs, as you can't die in a floor higher than 100F due to the no KO requirement to enter floor 101.
