GM Elrindonar

I must say, I've played numerous MMO's but this game has surpassed them all when it comes to customer support.

I had to fill out a report for the first time tonight and had the pleasure of speaking with GM Elrindonar who responded within 10 minutes. He/she was very friendly and professional. I appreciated the time Elrindonar took to ask me questions about my report so I felt like it wouldn't just be brushed under the rug.
