Unable to download patch files [20512][25008][20495]

OK this is a big are you serious and wtf.
Having had this issue about 3 months ago when i had to re-install the game on PS4 due to the launcher being problematic after a patch, well let's just say after loosing a sub and a half and a little over a month i finally out of simple luck got the patches to download.
Fast forward to today when i traded in my PS4 for a PS4 Pro and low and behold... same damn issue. The Pro seems to have better connections as i see my download speed faster.
No reason this issue should not be looked into seeing as how many still have it and its a rather old issue. Fix your crappy launcher already please and thanks

ive been having this issue as well since i was forced to wipe my PS4 HDD so i was planning to help my friends who are new, please can we get a fix asap? i dont want my money for the subscription to go to waste.... I've tried everything even using a wired internet connection to get the patches but to no avail....
