I lost the thread somehow and cannot figure out how to progress. Last thing I have on my log is Primal awakening? I have no idea where to even look. Any help would be appreciated.

You need to clear the Binding Coil of Bahamut Turn 5 to unlock the next quest "Alisaie's Pledge" from Urianger in the Waking Sands.
