I recently was trying to change a few of my UI settings, but I'm not able to even access the game's character loading screen, as my game is permanently stuck on "Connecting to Data Center..."
I can't escape out of that menu, and using task manager is about the only way to shut down the game. I'm not sure what exactly could be causing this.
