TWO majors problems

Hi, i got TWO majors problems and it still happen for many months now.

First, when im using a program like Discord or Teamspeak3, im loosing the sound of the game at random time.
I need to close the game et re-open it to have the sound again.
Also, if my Discord or TS3 is open before im lunching the game... no sound from Final Fantasy...

Second, when im teleport to a zone, at random time, the game freeze at the loading screen.
Sometime, it come back after 10-15 seconds but i also need sometime to force the stop of the game with CTL ALT DEL.

Im on W7 64bits and it also happen on W10 64bits...

Please !!!! Help me SE dont know how to help me... and Microsoft refer me to SE ...

Random disconnects are a recurring theme for a while now. Nothing to do about it right now as it is intermittent.

As for the teamspeak problem it may be a hardware problem. You would have a headset acting as a microphone and a playback device. I know mine would not work properly unless it was selected as default for both in windows.
