Have you completed 101-200 yet?

I just don't know that I will ever be able to do this. It is impossible to get a group to stay together or even form one. Has anyone been to 200 yet? Please share the experience. I just hate not being able to do something just because of the game rather than stats or ilvl or gear, I think this is the worst block in a game ever!

Can you imagine the frustration that would ensue if you wiped on floors past 100 because of some random duty finder idiot and had to start all the way back at 51 again?
