Adventurer in Need bonus

seriously, this either needs to go away or be reworked. It is almost always a bonus for tanks and that does not help. Tanks get instant queue because less people play tanks. This bonus should be for DPS who have to wait longer to get in and can't run as often as instant queue tanks.

The Adventurer in Need bonus is usually always for tanks because, like you said, not a lot of people queue in as tanks. Where as DPS are a dime a dozen, which is one reason queues are so long for DPS. Hence why tanks are always listed as "Adventurer in Need"--they're more needed than either of the other two roles.

Occasionally, there will be the random Healer or DPS show up as in need. But, such sights are quite rare.

Hilarious.

It's an incentive for more people to run as tanks. You know, so you DPS can actually get the queues you're waiting so long for.

Working as intended i would say.

I'm not sure how or why your "logic" has led you to this conclusion, but....

It's called "Adventurer in Need". It's rare than anyone is in need of a DPS over other jobs. We need tanks and healers to reduce queue times, so a bonus if offered as an incentive.

If you provide a bonus to DPS instead of tanks/healers, then you'll get more people queuing as DPS and have even longer queue times.

Queue up as a tank then.

The advenruter in need bonus is solely to try and make parties form faster. giving it to dps just because is pointless.
