I'm going to have to politely disagree.
The only case where I would agree, is if fights in endgame became balanced around healers doing much less damage, and you gave healers more to do in its place.
This isn't the case, and I don't see it being the case, so I disagree.
You're completely right. We should probably decrease the defense of tanks so they can't survive these massive pulls without every CD, tank stance, invulnerability buffs and at least two prayers. Maybe reduce all the damage of all tank skills too, so trash mobs take longer so more damage is taken. Reduce over power to 10 potency. That'll get them healers healing again!
Healers should just be removed from the game.
