Known Issue after Patch 3.45 (Nov. 4)

We have confirmed the following issue since the release of patch 3.45.
The issue is being addressed, and we ask for your patience and understanding as we strive to resolve this promptly.

[Known Issue]
An issue wherein link functions such as item link and selecting character names in the chat log to open the subcommand (such as tell, trade, party invite, etc.) may stop operating correctly in the chat log window when using the directional keys on a gamepad or controller.

*We have confirmed that this issue occurs when the log has accumulated to a certain size. If you should encounter this issue, we ask that you try the following as a temporary workaround.

-Use the text command “/clearlog” to completely delete the chat log contents, or log in again. (In this case, the same issue will occur again once the chat log has accumulated to a certain size.)
-Click by using a mouse, or the controller’s touchpad if you are playing on a PlayStation®4.
