A Legend For A Legend removed or bugged?

I hadn't spent much time in FF over the last some months, but when I found time to come back and do the storyline, I noticed in mor dona that the quest for the kirin mount has vanished. Am I bugged? was it removed? or do you need all the ponies to see the quest now?

I guess it's just hidden until you have all the ponies.

You've always needed all ponies for the quest to appear.

Its still there, just get all the mounts then talk to Mr. bard aka Yoshida
