Sorry for this kind of topic but i have no point to start. I just come back to play ffxiv. Since 3 years ago before house system coming. [ Patch 2.x i guess ]
Now, I don't know where i can go to get the main quest to continue lvling. i try to follow this guild http://na.finalfantasyxiv.com/lodest.../blog/2324178/
And also, can i lvling with my ilv 86 gear set. I have only this lol. Is it has any equips reward from the quest or sth ?

Do you remember which quest you left off on? There's quite a bit of story to get through at lvl 50 before unlocking HW. Your gear should be fine, feel free to run your roulettes for tomes and grab the gear that you can from that in Mor Dhona. Once you start HW you'll start getting gear from quests again and that should be enough for leveling up your first class to 60.
You can check what quests you already did, there's a tab for that at the quest. Just google the last you did and then see what the next one is. And as Agrios said, your gear is fine, and you can easily get Ironworks gear now.
Duty tab > Journal > Complete > Main Senario > Got to bottom and read the information to see where to pick up next quest or google the quest title to find out the next quests NPC location

Also, if you have not yet completed the pre-Heavensward Main Scenario Quests, I believe that you still qualify for Novice status. Type
/nastatus on
in order to get back your sprout icon and mark yourself as a novice adventurer.
Why would you do this? In order to gain access to the Novice Network. The Novice Network is a special chat channel designed explicitly to answer questions exactly like the ones you're asking above - and in fact, I've personally answered those very same questions in Novice Network, many times over.
Once you have your sprout, find any Mentor (they will be marked with a Crown icon, a Crown-and-sword icon, a Crown-and-flag icon, or a Crown-and-hammer icon) and ask to be added to the Novice Network. Or, just wait, and a mentor will most likely invite you whether you ask them to or not. XD Once in the novice network, mentors will be falling over themselves to answer any questions you might have. It is much faster than depending on a message board.
To answer your question about ilvl 86 gear, no, that gear will not take you far. :) That said, at your level you should be able to earn Tomestones of Poetics which can be traded in for ilvl 120 gear quite cheaply - and also to upgrade it to ilvl 130 (also quite cheaply). This will serve you well for any level 50 content.
To add, the moment you enter Heavensward content, quests start to hand out high quality gear at a rapid pace. You shouldn't need to purchase gear at all unless you choose to change jobs during that part of MSQ.
As Lineage has said, just about everything post level 50 gives out Poetics tomestones, and you can purchase great gear that can last as long as level 54 with them at Mor Dhona.
