This morning I tried to log in, ( after last night playing like normal) and I can't log in anymore sending me this message:
Unable to complete version check [20458][24530][410]

i'm playing on PS4

I have had this issue in the past with my PS4, and the only solution I ever found was one of two things:

1). Re-install the game (Which I refused to do)

-or-

2). Continue to log into the launcher to have it continuously kick me for the above error until it kick-starts the update launcher. I would also close the game and re-launch it.

There is also a network setting change that can be done.

I refuse to reinstall or doing anything too complicated, I'm not very good in these matters, I play in PS4, game downloaded so I'm not sure if would be any problem trying to reinstall, and I haven't done nothing wrong that I should have to fix... so I hope some kind of support for a service I'm paying for. I sent a ticket, and waiting. In the meantime I tried some other adv in other threads about rstarting the PS4 offline, but it's not working.

yea, i tried to restart the PS4, the router, the modem... nothing seems to work.
and i also refuse to do anything too complicated as i dont know much about that stuff either

Continuing to log in and have it refresh after the failed check isn't too complicated...

Edit: Or even to close the application and re-launch.

I ment reinstalling and not knowing if my downloaded game will still be there it's too complicated, not about trying to restart, which I did several times.
Anyway, this is not an issue I provoked by corrupting a file or something in my rsponsability, so I don't expect an external failure being resolved by myself with attempts... but as a weird as it could sound, I'm using 4G from my phone and it worked... it's an old issue I've read in this forum and as far as I read I don't see any supoort answer, or fixing.

How does the phone thing work?

U can use ur phone as a mobile hotspot and share ur 4G as wifi to any device, including PS4. This was my Guess bc for some ppl worked turning off wifi, but for me it didn't work.

Yes my friend having this problem, i have tried several things but nothing.

It off her ps4 but it was fine yesterday.
