The codes are not transferable & unnecessarily difficult to obtain so it's very, very unlikely you'll get one.

Unfortunately you are a little late - Australia had it's own method of gaining the codes offered a month ago (had to spend $30 or more on Hanabee's website and they would send you a code you then redeemed on a special SE website that would give you the actual code to enter on the Mogstation), and sadly it's now finished. You could try the European method of gaining the codes as mentioned but I am not sure that would be very easy to get I'm afraid. :(
