R2 + L2 hotbars not changing with class

I have to manually change them each time I change class, EVERYTIME? Am I doing something wrong?

Likely got the expanded bars you chose set to shared

goto System > Character Config > cross hotbar > sharing and turn off sharing for the hotbar you want to use
