Please restrict the ability of mentors to kick other mentors, if said individuals are in fact on your blacklist. They have no reason that said person who is abusing the feature should be able to use it because they have a personal vendetta against you.

Please report this to a GM ingame, they can deal with harrassment.

The kick option is a needed tool for special circumstances, to restrict it in your way is no solution, cause known trolls can't be kicked anymore...
