No confirmation E-mail.

I currently play FFXIV on PS4 but have since acquired a PC. Last night I purchased a second copy of the game (PC digital download) directly from the SE store. It's been 24 hours now and I still have not received the "confirmation E-mail." :mad: They have already charged my account and I would really like to be able to download and play the game already. I already changed my E-mail address from yahoo to gmail that somebody else had suggested and still nothing. This is ridiculous, is this normal?
