Recovery from All NA Data Center Worlds Technical Difficulties (Oct. 26)

Regarding the network issues with the NA data center worlds reported earlier, we are pleased to announce that the technical difficulties with the NA Internet Service Providers have been resolved as of Oct. 28, 2016 5:30 a.m. (PDT).

As a result, the below issues may have occurred earlier, but they are now resolved.
