Character Restoration Feature

I think this would be a nice little feature we could add for those who are altaholics like me or for the RPer who wants to have a character returned that they might of deleted.

Maybe have a button in the bottom right or left with the words "Character Restore" or like Wow "Undelete character", when clicked it lists ALL characters on that account that had been previously named, maybe make it like Wow but put change it for FFXIV, shows character, lists class levels for said character, and maybe last quest done so that the player can enter the game not feeling confused on "Where did I stop?"

Just an idea that I think would be a good addition, also might be an idea to change the one character restore policy as I think there might be players who want to have certain characters they deleted back in their lists. There is a Rinoa Lyon I wish I could get back as she had the now unavailable gear from the FFXI/FFXIV event.
