Different types of detail in languages?

Not entirely sure if this goes under Localisation (for Language), but since there are functions to assist colour blind users and such, are there any plans for a type of update with an "easy read" toggle for players with pretty strong Dyslexia?

Since there is little voice acting, maybe something to cut down paragraph sizes so each speech bubble has a max of 2-3 Lines at a time, and have less accents on characters such as the Pirates that use a large amount of apostrophes, commas and other punctuation? Other ways can have the dialogue use dyslexic-friendly font styles and sizes, etc.

Since Beta, I've been reading the dialogue for my friends as we progress together (which is fun), but it seems to be difficult when they wish to play solo and questline narrative overwhelms them.
