If and only if you are already sure of buying havensward somewhere along the way then yes you should buy it (I mean why not?).
Heavensward (or more like lvl51-60) changes BLM quit a bit so you should probably look up if the lvl 60 playstyle is still your thing, but otherwise the games are very similiar so if you liked ARR you should also enjoy HW.
*Edit: YOur concern of blowing away experience: during my time of leveling up right after HW release there were times when i needed to grind dungeons to keep up with the level, but it was never much normally 2-3 Dungeonruns would be enough to get to the next level. Now they have added Beasttribes (daily quests) and some extra side quest that should help you with leveling up so I really don't think getting enough exp should be a concern.
i really like the game so probably yes i will buy it, but i should look up what you say about the rotation
I myself do not play BLM so it is all just hearsay but it seems the new highest fire and ice spells change the way BLM have to behave during battle quit a lot also there are things like leylines now, a skill that improves your damage but only if you stay in the lines (so if you evade aoes you lose some damage until you return to the point).
also one last question, if i had the steam version that means that i have to buy HW from steam right ?
Yes, if you have the Steam edition then you have to get the Steam edition of all expansions that you wish to get, now and in the future.
TC, if you like the game, then get the expansion. My advice to people is, if they like the game, get the expansion when they hit 48 or 49, in order to avoid losing any of that level 50 quest/MSQ exp. The only reason to get it earlier would be if they want to make an Au Ra character.
There are alot alot, alot of side Story quests and lvl 50 dungeons. So xp is not a problem until you have done all of that before HW. If you like the game get HW
