When's 1.20 hitting?

Anyone knows? I'm itching.

Still pretty much up in the air. but the general though on the issue is sometime early-mid December.

according to the roadmap its early December, but of course that could be subject to change.

2 weeks before the payment is starting

Umm, no. People will have a chance to play through 1.20 content before they will start charging. Even if the patch is in 2 weeks, billing won't start then.

What is 1.20 supposed to bring us again or we don't know yet?

The first three are the stars of this next patch and I'm sure I missed some stuff.
