Steps:

• Obtain the "Horizons Calling" Orchestrion Roll.
• Add the "Horizons Calling" Orchestrion Roll to your Orchestrion List.
• Open the Orchestion Log.
• Select the "Dungeons" tab.
• Select "Only display rolls obtained".
• Select the "Horizons Calling" entry.
• Observe that the description reads "Oobtained in Hullbreaker Isle or Hullbreaker Isle (Hard)", and note that there is an extra 'o' at the beginning of the description.
