Fan festival ingame items

Hello there i did the code to get my ingame items i got my minion but does anyone know when i get the suit? thanks and i didnt see when i typed in my code to choose what gender suit i want anyway to check and see which one i picked?

They should have sent a few pieces of another item (name escapes me) along with the minion. Once the fan fests (all of em) are done, you can exchange that in game for the outfit(s).

The item comes with the minion in the same mail so you should have the other one. It's a scroll so make sure to look into your bag as it can get mixed in. o/

what other thing was i supposed to get?

Just checked and the item is called "Dreams of the Fayth". Take a peek in your inventory (it looks kinda like a crafting material) and then submit a ticket if you don't have it.
