I'm sorry but your character is just killing me right now. It just goes so well with the topic. xD
Just something to note, they are not being destroyed upon removal, but the note is saying that you can lose the furniture if someone with access to the house's Housing menu takes them this is the same as the note on all purchased/code items.
No thank you. The items on the mog station are optional, if you don't like them then don't buy them. They are just another option for those who missed the events to get them.
I routinely buy dyes from the mog station even though they are obtainable in game as the prices on some of the dyes people charge are ridiculous on my server I rather pay a couple bucks to get the dye versus the 500K+ they sell for from greedy people.
I have also bought some of the past items from old events that I missed. I like they offer them on the Mog Station for new players and those who missed the event.
Um... no. Unless it's the wallpaper, but that's all wallpaper in the game. All the items retain themselves if you move or remove them from house to house, room to room, or just simply remove them and set them in a retainer or your inventory. That warning you highlighted in the picture reads as follows: "This is a furnishing item for housing. Please note that the following may result in the loss of this item: The removal of this item by another player. meaning if you share an FC house or your personal house w/ people, and they remove and don't want to give it back to you (if they have permission to move furniture in the first place.) That is all on you and you risked losing it by placing it in an environment where anyone can move it, and SE isn't responsible for that. Same goes for the rest of those explanations as well. It all depends on who you are sharing what house with and what happens to you and your furniture if you are removed from an FC, kicked, kicked from sharing a house with a friend etc.
TL : DR- If you simply just remove it from the house or someone else does, the item in question will not be destroyed.
