trying to find something worth gathering for money

Can someone recommend me a location where I can gather something worth equivalent to Camphorwood Branch?
I've been farming the branches but was wondering if there is something else I can gather.
Minus the time specific nodes.

It depends on your server and what people are using at any given time. Do some research on the marketboard and see what sells.

Stuff like shards and crystals are usually steady sellers, though, as well as ingredients for consumables like food and pots.

Have you folklore books?

Many of the old L50 unspoiled nodes still pay off well.

I make most of my gil gathering, only problem is there are never enough GPs.
